The OPPO Reno smartphone is scheduled for an official launching event on June 19, 2019, in the Philippines.
It features a notch-less 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED "Panoramic" display. This is made possible by using a "pivot-rising" structure that houses the phone's 16 Megapixel selfie camera. It also has a dual camera setup at the back composed of a 48 Megapixel main camera and 5 Megapixel depth sensor.
It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset with an octa-core CPU, 6GB of RAM and ColorOS 6 software on top of Android 9 Pie operating system. It has an under-display fingerprint sensor and face-recognition for security; and 4G LTE for connectivity.
A 3,765 mAh battery powers the device. It supports fast charging at 20W using the company's own VOOC Flash Charge 3.0 technology.
