Finally, Cherry Mobile has made the Cherry Mobile Cosmos Force official. It has been previously revealed by Cherry Angel to be the company’s first 64-bit smartphone.
It also boasts 4G LTE connectivity, quad core Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB of RAM and a promise of an Android 5.0 Lollipop update.
The Cherry Mobile Cosmos Force has an unusual screen size of 5.26 inches diagonally. This is a high definition IPS panel protected by a layer of scratch resistant DragonTrail glass.
At the back is an 18MP camera with BSI technology although it clearly uses software interpolation for a 13MP image sensor. Its 8MP front camera has BSI too!
Clocked at 1.2GHz, its 64-bit quad core Cortex-A53 CPU runs the show together with an Adreno 306 graphics processor. However, its power won’t be fully utilised without the Lollipop update.
The Cherry Mobile Cosmos Force is a dual SIM smartphone with one SIM being able to connect to 4G LTE networks.
It comes with a large 16GB internal storage space although apparently, there’s no microSD card slot. Nevertheless, you can add more storage via USB OTG.
Its official suggested retail price is ₱6,999.00.
