Cherry Mobile is about to launch a new smartphone with dual rear camera – the Cherry Mobile Flare P1 Plus. This is according to tech blogger Carl Lamiel who first saw a promo of the device displayed on one the company’s stores.

 

The Cameras

The dual camera system of the Cherry Mobile Flare P1 Plus is composed of a 13.0 Megapixel camera and 5.0 Megapixel camera. It’s not yet clear though if it can take photos with blurred backgrounds like more premium dual camera smartphones.

Aside from the dual rear camera, it also has a single 8.0 Megapixel front camera for selfies.

 

Features

The Cherry Mobile Flare P1 Plus has a 5.5-inch full HD display, quad core processor from MediaTek, 2GB of RAM, 4G LTE connectivity and fingerprint sensor at the back. It will come with Android 7.0 Nougat as its operating system out of the box.

A 3000mAh battery powers the device while its built-in storage is 16GB. A microSD card slot is present for expansion.

 

Price and Availability

The official price of the Cherry Mobile Flare P1 is ₱5,999.00. The company is launching the device this summer during their annual Summer Festival.
