CloudFone Unveils CloudPad One 8.0 Tablet with Android Lollipop and Guaranteed OTA Updates

There’s a shortage of affordable Android Lollipop tablets in the country. Thankfully, CloudFone is addressing this problem with its One series.

In addition to the CloudPad One 7.0 that was launched in February, CloudFone introduces the CloudPad One 8.0 that runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and has guaranteed software updates for two years.

The CloudPad One 8.0 runs on a quad core Intel Atom Z3537G processor clocked at 1.8GHz coupled with 1GB of RAM.

Its cameras are not that good though. The rear camera is merely 2MP while you’ll have to live with a VGA front camera.

Nevertheless, there’s 8GB of device storage, microSD card slot for up to 32GB and USB OTG support.
