Huawei Philippines officially launched the Huawei Band 6 fitness band in the country with an official price of ₱2,599.
Its main features include a 148% larger 1.47-inch AMOLED FullView display compared to its predecessor, continuous SpO2 or blood oxygen monitoring, and the brand’s signature 2-week wearable battery life.
The Huawei Band 6 retains its focus on health and fitness with tracking for heart rate, SpO2, sleep quality, stress levels, menstrual cycle, and up to 96 different workout modes. All of the resulting data can are available in the band’s activity tracker with more detailed graphs in the Huawei Health app.
It can connect to Android and iOS smartphones to show notifications, control music playback, and act as the camera shutter button.
Its software is still a proprietary OS by Huawei. The brand promises a wide choice for watch face designs in the Huawei Watch Face Store.
The Huawei Band 6 measures 43 x 25.4 x 10.99 mm and weighs 18 grams only without the strap. It has 5ATM water resistance so it should be fine to wear while swimming.
There are three color options for the silicone strap – Graphite Black, Amber Sunrise, and Forest Green.
