OPPO Philippines is the first smartphone brand to offer a 1-Hour Flash Fix Program in the country.
Certified technicians in the company’s service centers will diagnose and repair any issue in an OPPO smartphone in 1 hour only. This is free of charge given that the unit is still within the warranty period and the damage is not due to neglect.
What if it exceeds 1 hour?
The 1-hour duration starts from the moment the unit is received by the technician. This does not include the time spent waiting in line if there are a lot of customers.
There are also some limitations to the program. The OPPO Find X, in particular, will require more time if it has parts that need replacement. Replacement parts for other models can also be a limiting factor. The technician will inform the customer if the device needs further monitoring and won’t be included in the 1-hour program.
Freebies will be given to customers if the 1-hour period is exceeded. These can be any of OPPO branded umbrellas, pens, USB cables, earphones, and VOOC power bank.

OPPO Service App
In addition to the 1-Hour Flash Fix program, OPPO is also launching a new app called OPPO Service. It’s now available in the OPPO F9 with more models to follow soon.
It allows users to check the prices in repairing OPPO smartphones and monitor the repair progress. There’s also a service center locator in the app as well as online consultations.
