Chico Mobile, another fruit-inspired smartphone brand, has entered the Philippine market with three new smartphones and a name that will definitely go viral.

It now has several of stores within Metro Manila and an online presence at Lazada. Some promotional materials and photos reveal that it’s a sister company of ZH&K Mobile.

This is the Chico Mobile Strom 87 DTV.

First of Chico Mobile’s product lineup is a digital TV equipped smartphone called Strom 87 DTV. It has a 5.5 inch HD display, 1.3GHz quad core processor, 1GB of RAM, Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, 8MP camera and a 2600mAh battery.

There’s no official suggested retail price published by Chico Mobile but the phone is now available on Lazada for ₱3,599.00 with a free Smart SIM card.

Another smartphone from Chco Mobile is the Strom 86 DTV. It’s understandably inferior to the previous model with a 5 inch HD display but with the same 1.3GHz quad core processor and Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.

However, it also has a disappointing 512MB of RAM and pathetic 2 Megapixel camera. Its lowest price on Lazada is ₱2,899.00.

The cheapest among Chico Mobile’s three offerings is the STEM. It’s an entry level smartphone with a large 5.5 inch display but a mere 256MB of RAM.

It’s priced by several sellers on Lazada at ₱1,999.00.
