A new mobile phone company is testing its luck here in the Philippines, the Lenovo backed Z.U.K. with its ZUK Z1 smartphone.

This one boasts ‘flagship features’ at a relatively affordable price. For ₱15,299, it offers a 5.5-inch full HD display, 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM, Cyanogen OS and a massive 4,100mAh battery!

As previously mentioned, the ZUK Z1 runs on Cyanogen OS which provides stock Android Lollipop user interface but with additional, useful features. A Marshmallow update is also in the works.

Photography is handled by a 13 Megapixel main camera with Optical Image Stabilization at the back and an 8MP selfie snapper at the front.
