Reports by fellow tech bloggers about the new Cherry Mobile Cubix Cube 2 has prompted me to search for it on Lazada Philippines.
The query showed thumbnail pictures of the new smartphone in white and black. However, clicking on the listings pointed me to blank pages since it is yet to be revealed during Lazada’s Online Revolution sale on November 11.
Key features of the Cherry Mobile Cubix Cube 2 includes a large OGS display measuring 5.7 inches diagonally. Most likely, this has an HD resolution.
It runs on a 1.7GHz octa core processor with 2GB RAM to handle multi-tasking and Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system for a smooth user interface.
There’s a 13 Megapixel camera at the back and an 8 Megapixel selfie snapper on the front.

Just like the first Cubix Cube, the Cherry Mobile Cubix Cube 2 will be sold exclusively online at Lazada. Its official price is ₱4,999.00.
It’s a dual SIM smartphone with 16GB of storage and a non-removable 3,500mAh battery.
There’s no information whether this smartphone has 4G LTE connectivity. The particular chipset wasn’t revealed too so I can’t tell for sure.
