Under the hood, the MediaTek MT6592M runs the show with an octa core CPU clocked at 1.4GHz together with a Mali-450 MP4 graphics processor and 1GB of RAM.
Its user interface, especially the on-screen buttons, looks like Android Lollipop but it’s only Android 4.4 Kitkat.
On the plus side, the Starmobile Up Neo has an IR blaster which enables it to act as a universal remote for your appliances.
It’s a dual SIM smartphone with 3G connectivity, 16GB of built-in storage space and powered by a 2,500mAh battery.
