It seems that the local gadget brands are competing for the best smartphones with high capacity batteries. CloudFone isn’t backing down and adds two new smartphones in its website.
Peter Jan Icogo of Geeky Pinas spotted the CloudFone Excite 401DX and 401DX+ as both featuring a massive 3,000mAh battery that will surely enable the two to last more than a day of heavy use.
Both the CloudFone Excite 401DX and 401DX+ have a 4-inch display, 1GHz dual core processor, 3G connectivity and Android 4.4 Kitkat as the operating system.
However, the two are also limited by a mere 2MP rear camera, VGA front camera and low amount of RAM. The Excite 401DX+ has 512MB of RAM while the other one has a discouraging 256MB.
Nevertheless, the two should be good enough for basic tasks like texting, calling and web browsing including the use of social media apps as well as occasional casual gaming.
