After Sun Cellular announced their partnership with Opera Software ASA, all three telecos in the Philippines are now offering 1 day mobile internet access for ₱15 only.
Smart and Talk n Text subscribers are limited to 15MB of data, Globe and TM subscribers can enjoy up to 20MB while Sun Cellular did not set a limit but you wont be able to enjoy video and music streaming like YouTube.

How to Register
Before you register, make sure that you have already installed Opera Mini in your phone. You can download the app from its official website and install it while you are connected to a WiFi network.
Smart and Talk n Text: Text OPERA15 to 211.
Globe and TM: Text POWERSURF15 to 8888.
Sun Cellular: Text OPERA15 to 247.
Why Use Opera Mini?
Smart and Globe’s 1 day mobile intenet promo is limited to a certain amount of data. If you use your phone’s browser or other apps, you will exceed 15 or 20MB in a just an hour or two.
Opera Mini will compress web pages up to 10% thereby using a very small amount of data. This will make the promo last for one day.
Sun Cellular also used Opera Mini to lessen the cost of the service on their part.
