Microsoft has officially announced the availability of Windows 10, the company’s upgraded operating system for PCs, tablets and smartphones.

Qualified users who are currently using Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 can upgrade to Windows 10 for free on July 29, 2015. They can even reserve a copy right now for free!

Here’s how Windows 10 looks like:

Windows 10 brings the Start Menu back to Windows albeit with accompanying live tiles and Microsoft’s digital assistant, Cortana, which also works on iPhones and Android phones.

It comes with a new web browser called Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Office 2016, integrated Xbox app and biometric authentication using face recognition, iris or finger print for security.

The new OS also introduces universal apps that work on both PCs and smartphones as well as support for Android and iOS apps.
