However, there are still several issues with online shops in the country – trusted modes of payment, delivery time and the quality of products.

Here are best online shopping sites in the Philippines based on our experience, responses from Pinoy Techno Guide readers and website raking services:

This should come as a no surprise. Lazada has become the go-to place for online shopping whether on desktops or mobile with their official apps.

Lazada’s success can be attributed to the sheer number of products available on their website. They have gadgets, clothes, shoes, bags, toys, appliances, and a lot more! Their cash on delivery payment option was also a big advantage during the time when only a few online shops offered such mode of payment.

Nowadays, Lazada Philippines maintains its ‘best online shop in the Philippines’ status by holding big sales almost every month where several products get discounts while others are offered in flash sales.

Aside from the online shop, they also have Zalora Magazine that offers fashion tips and tutorials.

Zalora Philippines also offers cash on delivery, free returns and free delivery for orders above ₱995 which is an easy target when you’re buying branded items.

OLX Philippines is previously known as Sulit.com.ph. It identifies itself as a classifieds service but online shopping is what’s in its heart.

It’s still very popular in the country with its users posting items for sale while others look for bang for the buck deals. However, there are some issues that OLX needs to fix to re-capture the success that Sulit once was.
