Oppo Philippines has a new entry-level smartphone offering for Filipinos – the Oppo Joy Plus. However, it’s priced at ₱4,990.00 which is a bit too much.

It’s merely a dual core handset with a 4-inch screen, 3.15MP camera and a 1,700mAh battery. Even with 1GB of RAM, the price still makes it un-recommendable.
