Along with the announcement of new features for Windows 10, Microsoft also showed a new device called HoloLens during an event in Redmond, Washington.

Microsoft HoloLens is a wireless eyewear which is larger than Google Glass but smaller than the Oculus Rift. It is packed with a powerful CPU and GPU enabling it to display 3D images which Microsoft refers to as ‘holograms’.

The possibilities and applications for the Microsoft HoloLens are nearly endless. Microsoft might just have the next big thing in the tech world.
