Amid the on-going CoViD-19 pandemic and Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in many parts of the Philippines, OPPO extended the warranty for smartphones and accessories.

This includes repair service warranty and replacement policies for newly purchased OPPO products. The company’s concept stores and service centers are currently closed to protect its employees and customers.

OPPO products with a warranty expiry date of March 9, 2020, up to the last day of the ECQ are granted with a service warranty extension of 2 months.

This means that those devices can still be repaired or tuned-up for free in OPPO service centers for an additional two months after the ECQ is lifted. Take note that repairs involving the replacement of parts especially due to user negligence might involve a fee.

Meanwhile, OPPO products purchased between March 1 – 20, 2020 are granted 7 days of extended replacement policy. They have one week to replace the unit in case of a factory defect after the ECQ. Proof of purchase is required to avail of the extension.
