Smart has a new plug and play device for having Wi-Fi in your home without the need for installation – the Smart Bro LTE home Wi-Fi.
As the name suggests, it uses wireless 4G LTE network for the data connection. It can also connect to 700MHz LTE band for better indoor signal reception – the main problem with these types of gadgets.
Using the Smart Bro LTE Home Wi-Fi
The Smart Bro LTE Home Wi-Fi just needs to be plugged in an outlet. Then, laptops and smartphones can already connect to its Wi-Fi network.
Take note though that the device has its own SIM card. If used as prepaid, you’ll have to load its number then registered to a data promo such as GOSURF GIGASURF. Postpaid plans can also be availed.
Up to 10 devices can connect to the network at the same time.
Smart Bro LTE Home Wi-Fi – Price and Availability
The official price of the Smart Bro LTE Home Wi-Fi is ₱1,995.00. Each purchase comes with 10GB of data valid for 7 days.
Postpaid plans with as low as ₱499.00 monthly fee are also available. However, you’ll have to pay a one-time fee of ₱2,000.00. The monthly data allocation is 6GB for 12 months.
