Google has unveiled a new logo with a very different font family than its predecessors. It’s now a sans serif font!

The company cites the changing way of accessing Google as the reason for the change. Back when it was new, people mainly used Google on their desktop PCs. Now, Google can be accessed through a smartphone, smartwatch or tablet by typing, tapping or even talking!

The new Google logo should start rolling out in different Google services by now. There are also other changes such as the blue letter G to a more colorful version.

Other icons like the microphone for using voice input in Google and Google Now has also changed with colorful dots signifying Google processing the information received.
